1.2. All services are outlined in individual agreements or proposals before work begins.

1.3. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1. All payments must be made upfront or as per the agreed payment schedule.

2.2. We do not offer refunds once services have commenced. However, if you have concerns, we will work with you to find a solution.

2.3. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the balance is settled.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to provide accurate information, brand assets, and necessary access (e.g., social media logins, ad accounts) in a timely manner.

3.2. You are responsible for reviewing content and providing feedback within agreed deadlines.

3.3. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect timelines, and Bark Boutique Media is not liable for such delays.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

4.1. Any content, graphics, or strategies created by Bark Boutique Media remain our property until full payment is received.

4.2. Clients may use delivered content solely for their business purposes and may not resell or redistribute it without permission.

4.3. We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. We respect your privacy and will not disclose confidential business information to third parties without your consent.

5.2. You agree to keep any proprietary strategies, templates, or coaching materials provided by Bark Boutique Media confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. While we strive to deliver results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, sales increases, or engagement levels.

6.2. Bark Boutique Media is not responsible for algorithm changes, platform bans, or third-party service disruptions.

6.3. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

7. Cancellations & Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate services with 5 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

7.2. In cases of policy violations, abusive behavior, or non-payment, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
